How long does it take to repair my device?
Most devices are repaired within 30-45 mins when the part is in stock and we are not busy unless it takes 2-3 hours. If the device is mailed in, it can take 24-48 hours for it to be repaired and mailed out.
Do I need to book an appointment to have my device repaired?
No appointments is needed, you can come anytime you want during our trading hours.
Do you fix water damage devices?
Yes, we do repair water damage devices. If your device has been wet, the best thing to do is to power it off right away. Do not plug it in to charge or try a new battery. Please note a water damage fee applies for turning on the device for examination. Post initial service fee, additional charges may be incurred for any extra parts needed for repair.
Water damage services takes times some times 2 to 3 hours up to 2 days or more.
Are the repair parts genuine?
There is no such thing as genuine parts in the mobile industry.

Can I mail my device in for repair?
Yes you can, please visit our Mail-In Repair page.
What if I provide the part needed for repair?
We can use your part and we charge just for the labour which is various from 30$ up to 50$ ,we will not give our Warranty with the repair.
Do you offer a warranty for the repair?
Our repairs come with 3 months Warranty, for more information please read Warranty Terms and Conditions (including refunds) section in our terms and conditions page .
